Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) jarsstrained baby carrots
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 12 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 4 long carrot sticks (garnish) (optional)

Method

  • Combine all but the carrot sticks (for garnish) in blender, and blend on high until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground.
  • (30sec-1min).
  • Pour into 4 glasses and garnish w/ one carrot stick each for stirring.
  • Serve immediately.
