Ingredients
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
- 14 cup crushed canned pineapple, lightly drained
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 34 cup baked coconut
- 2 teaspoons coarsely grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon salt
Method
- Beat butter until soft.
- Gradually beat in sugar alternately with pineapple and sour cream until fluffy and smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
