Ingredients
- 6 qt. popped popcorn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Combine brown sugar, salt, syrup and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Add baking soda and pour over popped corn.
- Spread on buttered cookie sheet and bake one hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool on waxed paper.
