Ingredients

  • 1 pch Ricotta cheese
  • 7 ounce Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Candied fruit, small dice
  • 1/3 c. Miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 20 x Cannoli shells Powdered sugar

Method

  • Mix ricotta cheese and sugar together with whip.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Place in plastic, disposable pastry bag and chill at least 2 hrs before piping into shells.
  • Fill shells only at time of service (shells filled ahead of time will become soggy).
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
