Ingredients
- 4 or 5 medium potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes (like French fries).
- Melt margarine in iron skillet.
- Add potatoes, sugar and water.
- Cover and cook until potatoes are soft.
- Remove lid and cook until syrup is thick.
