Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 1/2 c. Chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 c. Picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Blackened fish seasoning
Method
- 1) Heat one TBS.
- butter in a pan and saute/fry mushrooms, set aside 2.
- In a medium sauce pan heat two TBS.
- of butter and stir in the flour till dissolved 3.
- Add in chicken stock, cream, garlic and pepper, stir ring constantly cook till sauce thickens.
- Don't boil.

- Once thickened reduce heat, cover, and cook 2 more min 5.
- Add in picante sauce, blackening seasoning, and sauteed mushrooms, heat through 6.
- Hold hot till ready to serve 7.
- Serve over grilled or possibly broiled fish
