Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg whites (room temperature)
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine sugar and flour.
- Add milk and egg yolks.
- Cook over medium heat until thick.
- Add butter and vanilla.
- Pour into pie shell.
