Ingredients
- 1 Any flavor muffin you like, blueberry, apple, banana, cranberry, cherry and on and on, cut in half
- 1 Enough butter to butter each nuffin half and a bit to grease the cooking skillet
Method
- Cut each muffin in half, butter both cut sides.
- Melt a bit of butter in a skillet and toast muffins, buttered side down until golden, serve hot.
- This is a great brunch addition for company, I serve a platter of all different flavors of hot toasted muffins!
