Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 large can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
Method
- Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugar and milk in bowl, mixing well and pour over melted oleo.
- Do not stir.
- Spoon peaches evenly into dish and pour peach syrup over entire mixture.
- Additional sugar may be sprinkled on if desired. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until dough has risen and browned.
