Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter or margarine at room temperature
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 c. smooth peanut butter
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 block paraffin (2 oz.)
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients and roll to size of buckeyes (1-inch). Chill.
- Melt chocolate in double boiler with paraffin.
