Ingredients
- 1 lb. margarine
- 2 lb. peanut butter
- 3 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix well.
- Roll into small balls and refrigerate until very cold.
- Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
- Add a little vegetable oil.
- Drop several balls at a time to coat them.
- Use tongs to remove them and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until coating is firm.
