Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time and blend well after each addition.
- Do not beat.
- Stir in vanilla. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 450° for 5 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 325° and bake 25 minutes longer or until firm.
