Ingredients
- 1 can consomme
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small jar sliced or chopped mushrooms
Method
- Melt
- margarine.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake in a casserole dish 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
