Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
  • 2 c. bread crumbs

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Add soup, mayonnaise, chopped pecans, eggs and onion.
  • Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
