Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
- 2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Add soup, mayonnaise, chopped pecans, eggs and onion.
- Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
