Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water (to wash out can)
- 2 c. Minute rice, cooked
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Method
- Cook onion in
- butter until tender.
- Add rice, cream of mushroom soup and
- half
- can
- water.
- Cook and drain broccoli. Mix all together.
- Pour
- in
- casserole and cook for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Let set a little while before serving.
