Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 envelope dry beef flavored mushroom soup mix
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- lemon slices (garnish)
Method
- Cook broccoli in 1 inch salted boiling water until tender; drain and save liquid.
- Add enough water to make 1/2 cup.
- Place liquid, broccoli, sour cream and garlic in blender until smooth. Place mixture in saucepan.
- Add soup and Worcestershire.
- Heat to boiling.
- Garnish.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes 2 cups.
