Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried, liquid removed, crumbled
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon lowfat milk
Method
- Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pcs.
- Add in raisins, bacon, onions, and sunflower seeds.
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and lowfat milk; spread over vegetables and toss.
- Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
- Serves 8-10.
- Minced turkey, chicken, or possibly other meat may be substituted.
