Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 well beaten eggs
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix broccoli, grated onion, soup mixture, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese.
- Place in a casserole dish; sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing on top and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
