Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 stack Ritz crackers (about 35)
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Method
- Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions; drain. While broccoli is still warm, stir in the cubed Velveeta cheese. Place the ingredients in a small, lightly greased casserole dish. Smash the Ritz crackers with a rolling pin until all are crushed. Mix with melted margarine.
- Put mixture on top of broccoli.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Serve.
