- 4 c. small broccoli flowerets
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 c. black olives, cut in half
- 1 1/2 c. diced cucumber
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 4 green onions, thin sliced
- 1 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place broccoli and salt in a large pot and cover with water; cook slowly for 10 minutes. Drain; rinse cold and drain.
