Ingredients
- 1 bunch raw broccoli
- 1 head raw cauliflower
- 1 medium onion
- 1 basket cherry tomatoes (about 2 c.)
- 2/3 c. salad dressing
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Wash vegetables.
- Cut up all but tomatoes; add tomatoes whole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
- Marinate overnight.
- Makes 10 to 15 cups.
