Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli buds
- 2 pkg. frozen cauliflower flowerets
- 1/2 lb. (approximately) Velveeta cheese
- 2 sticks or less butter or margarine
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled
Method
- Cook veggies as indicated on package.
- Drain.
- Mix vegetables together into a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
- Melt Velveeta and 1 stick of butter together.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Melt rest of butter and mix with crumbled crackers.
- Spread/sprinkle over cheese and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
