Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans crescent rolls

Method

  • Fry/scramble sausage in a large skillet until it is well done.
  • Drain grease from sausage.
  • Mix drained sausage and cream cheese in a large bowl with a large spoon until the cheese is "melted" and well blended with the sausage.
  • Preheat oven to 375°. Open crescent roll can carefully, do not allow dough to separate. Lay dough on a large cookie sheet, side by side.
  • If there are any cracks use your fingers to "mush" dough together.
  • Spoon half the sausage/cheese mixture down center of crescent rolls.
  • Fold both of the sides of each crescent roll to the center, overlapping at center point making it look like a large hot pocket.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cut into number of servings you need after removing from oven.
  • Eat and enjoy!
