Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage or bacon
- 1 doz. eggs
- 2 c. milk
- salt to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- onion salt to taste
- dry mustard to taste
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 to 6 slices white bread, torn
Method
- Prepare the night before:
- In 9 x 13-inch buttered pan, place 6 slices of torn bread; add skinless sausage, cooked and drained. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, Cheddar cheese, onion salt, garlic salt and dry mustard.
- Pour this mixture into pan over bread and sausage.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
- Super for company.
