Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage or bacon
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • onion salt to taste
  • dry mustard to taste
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 to 6 slices white bread, torn

Method

  • Prepare the night before:
  • In 9 x 13-inch buttered pan, place 6 slices of torn bread; add skinless sausage, cooked and drained. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, Cheddar cheese, onion salt, garlic salt and dry mustard.
  • Pour this mixture into pan over bread and sausage.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
  • Super for company.
