Ingredients
- 4 (1/2-inch thick) rib chops or pork loin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. apple or pineapple juice
- pan gravy
Method
- Cook pork chops over medium heat until brown; drain.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat; pour pineapple juice on pork. Cover and simmer until done, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove chops to warm platter; keep warm.
- Prepare pan gravy.
