Ingredients

  • 1 yellow or strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can pie filling (strawberry or cherry)
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • crushed pecans

Method

  • Bake cake; let cool.
  • Prepare pudding.
  • Crumble cake in bottom of a punch bowl or any clear bowl.
  • Spread pineapple on top of cake.
  • Spread pudding on top of pineapple.
  • Spread pie filling on top of pudding.
  • Top with Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle pecans on top.
  • Let set overnight in refrigerator.
