Ingredients
- 1 yellow or strawberry cake mix
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can pie filling (strawberry or cherry)
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- crushed pecans
Method
- Bake cake; let cool.
- Prepare pudding.
- Crumble cake in bottom of a punch bowl or any clear bowl.
- Spread pineapple on top of cake.
- Spread pudding on top of pineapple.
- Spread pie filling on top of pudding.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle pecans on top.
- Let set overnight in refrigerator.
