Ingredients
- 4-5 pound brisket
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 ounce. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix and pour over brisket.
- Cover tightly and marinate overnight (optional).
- Place in covered pan and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
- Uncover and drain.
- Pour 6 oz Kraft Hickory Barbecue sauce over brisket.
- Cook 1 hour.
- Slice and serve.
