Ingredients
- blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- prepared pie shell
Method
- Put enough blackberries in a large pan.
- Mix enough sugar to sweeten.
- Add cornstarch, salt and cinnamon. Mix well with berries.
- Put into a prepared pie shell. Dot with butter.
- Cover with crust with slits in it.
- Bake about 1 hour or until juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
