- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 (15 ounce.) can black beans
- 1 (12 ounce.) can whole kernel corn
- 8 ounce. fresh mushrooms, minced
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dry sage, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5 c. coarsely crumbled cornbread
- 1/2-3/4 c. chicken broth
Method
- Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
