Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) round Brie
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Mix Kahlua, brown sugar and pecans.
- Stir well. Remove top rind from Brie. Discard rind.
- Spoon pecan mixture on top of Brie. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Spread on crackers.
