Ingredients
- 2 x 8 ounce package cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. green bell pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 Tbsp. dry chopped onion
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce or possibly to taste
- 1/2 c. dry parsley flakes
Method
- Blend cream cheese, green pepper flakes, olives, onion and Tabasco sauce with a fork in a medium size bowl.
- Shape mix into a round ball.
- Roll in parsley flakes till covered slightly, pressing flakes against ball as you roll it.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Present on platter surrounded by snack crackers.
- NOTES: This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- You can add in fresh sprigs of parsley around base of ball for an added festive touch.
