Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. lite corn oil spread
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 slightly beaten egg whites
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Lightly spray 8-inch square pan.
  • In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
  • Add sugar and stir until blended.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cocoa and vanilla.
  • Add egg substitute and stir.
  • Stir in flour and nuts.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes or until edges pull away from pan.
  • Cool in pan; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Cut into 16 squares.
