Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. lite corn oil spread
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 slightly beaten egg whites
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly spray 8-inch square pan.
- In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
- Add sugar and stir until blended.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cocoa and vanilla.
- Add egg substitute and stir.
- Stir in flour and nuts.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes or until edges pull away from pan.
- Cool in pan; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Cut into 16 squares.
