Ingredients
- 1/4 pound bacon
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 pound fettuccine
Method
- Cut bacon in pcs and saute/fry.
- Beat Large eggs lightly with cream; add in cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour mix into pan with bacon.
- Toss mix till Large eggs are almost set.
- Pour over fettuccine.
- Serve immediately.
