Method
- I break out my giant skillet for this. Melt butter and add onions and beef and cook on medium heat until beef is brown. Add in cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans of water, bouillon, Worcestershire, mushrooms, salt, pepper and egg noodles. Simmer on medium heat until egg noodles are soft. Add in sour cream and serve.
