Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cans beef broth
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 to 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots or 12 oz. baby carrots, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1/4 c. flour
- parsley
- pepper
Method
- Place meat in crock-pot with one can of broth and water on high.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Cover.
- Prepare
- veggies and add to crock-pot.
- Cover with more broth or more water.
- Add parsley. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or 10 to 12 hours on low.
