Ingredients

  • 2 medium size cans bean dip
  • 3 avocados, mashed with lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • chopped tomatoes
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and seasoning packet together; set aside.
  • Layer ingredients on a large cake plate, starting with the bean dip and ending with the cheese.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
