Ingredients
- 300 grams Bread flour
- 30 grams Butter
- 210 ml 1 egg and milk
- 30 grams Sugar
- 4 1/2 grams Salt
- 6 grams yeast
Method
- Put everything in a bread machine and complete to the first rising (or knead by hand).
- Punch the dough and cut it into your desired size.
- Let it set for 15 minutes.
- Shape the dough as you like and then let them rise again for 20 minutes.
- Preheat you oven to 400F (200C) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
