Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/8 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
  • 1/8 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup red or green grapes
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

Method

  • COOK and stir chicken in barbecue sauce in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through.
  • Add additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
  • TOSS greens, tomato, and onion in bowl.
  • Pour dressing over greens; toss to coat.
  • Top with cooked chicken.
  • Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  • ENJOY grapes and cookies for dessert.
  • Serve meal with a glass of milk.
