Ingredients

  • Barbecue chicken wings
  • 30 chicken wings
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. sweet pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

Method

  • Cut off tips of wings.
  • Cut back of wings in half.
  • Combine in bowl or possibly blender, water, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple juice, garlic pwdr, ginger and salad oil.
  • Place wings in shallow dish or possibly pan.
  • Pour sauce over wings.
  • Cover and chill 1 hour or possibly overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake till tender, 45 min.
  • Serves 16.
