Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 24 maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 c. nuts

Method

  • Make crust of graham crumbs and melted butter. Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat together for 15 minutes (no less) the sugar, butter and eggs. Spread on the crust. Then slice the bananas; put on top of mixture. Cover bananas with pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Decorate with cherries and chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate overnight.
