Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-3/4 cups plus 1 Tbsp. milk, divided
  • 1/2 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 1 banana)
  • 6 cups challah (egg bread) cubes (1/2 inch)
  • 12 Kraft Caramels

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Microwave peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  • or until melted.
  • Whisk in sugar, eggs, 1-3/4 cups milk and banana until blended.
  • Add bread; stir to evenly coat.
  • Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 min.
  • or until centre is set.
  • Microwave caramels and remaining milk in small bowl 1-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min.
  • Stir until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended; drizzle over pudding.
  • Serve warm.
