Ingredients
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. basil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
Method
- Mix in glass container all the ingredients, except the garlic. Peel garlic and carefully score the cloves on all sides with a sharp knife.
- Drop scored garlic into glass container with other ingredients.
- Shake well for best flavor; let sit overnight.
- Do not store in refrigerator.
- I leave garlic cloves in container for a stronger garlic flavor.
- Delicious on salad, pasta, etc.
