- fresh fish fillets (about 18)
- butter
- lemon (fresh or bottled)
Method
- Butter a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
- Layer fillets with dots of butter between layers. Cover and microwave 15 minutes at 400 watts.
- Remove cover.
- Squeeze one lemon over fillets. Microwave 7 minutes more or until done, with lid off.
