- 8 chicken breasts
- 8 (4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
- 1 3/4 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. herb seasoning stuffing mix, crushed
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Put chicken in buttered pan or dish.
- Place cheese on top. Combine soup, wine and chicken stock in a pan.
- Stir well and heat.
- Spoon over chicken.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken. Drizzle butter over stuffing mix.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
