Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved and boned
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 4 slices (4 x 6-inches) natural Swiss cheese, halved
- 1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- In greased baking pan, place chicken.
- Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with cheese.
- Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or fork-tender. Serves 4.
