Ingredients
- 800 g medium potatoes
- 2 slices bacon, roughly chopped and cooked
- 100 g snow peas, blanched
- 1 small red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 cup kraft* potato salad dressing
Method
- Boil or microwave potatoes until cooked.
- Allow to cool, then slice.
- Arrange potatoes, bacon, snow peas, capsicum and parsley in a serving bowl or platter.
- Drizzle with dressing serve.
