Ingredients
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 5 eggs, separated
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°; oil small rectangular loaf pans and dust with flour.
- In small bowl, beat all egg whites until stiff; set aside.
- In large bowl, beat together honey, oil and sugar until mixture is very smooth.
- Add yolks one at a time.
- Alternate addition of flour and egg whites.
- Pour into pans and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
