Ingredients

  • 3 egg
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 slice my recipe of olive oil classic loaf or any bread
  • 1 tsp egg yolk crumbs
  • 1 parsley.

Method

  • HARD BOILED EGGS
  • put eggs into pot with wayer then bring it to a boil then simmer for full 8 minute and drain in runny water then removed egg shell
  • AVOCADO PASTE
  • mash avocado and stir till smooth and fine set aside
  • EGG
  • separate egg yolk and use fork gently crush it i to crumbs set aside
  • AVOCADO EGG SALAD
  • cut egg whites in to chunk and mix mash avocado paste and season with dash of salt and top parsley
  • SERVE AS IT IS AVOCADO EGG SALAD TOP EGG YOLK AND PARSLEY
  • OPTIONAL ANOTHER SERVING OPTION ""AVOCADO EGG / MAYONNAISE FREE WITH ONION AND TOMATO ON SALAD TOP CHILI FLAKE"
