Ingredients

  • 800 grams Lamb chops
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper

Method

  • Trim the excess fat off the surface of the lamb chops.
  • The fat has already been removed in this picture.
  • Remove the membrane from the backside by sliding your finger between the membrane and the muscle.
  • If this is too much work, you don't need to do it.
  • Rub the grated garlic on both sides of the lamb.
  • Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the skillet and sear the surface of the meat.
  • Bake the lamb from Step 4 in the oven at 175C for 10-14 minutes.
  • 7 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium rare.
  • Take it out from the oven and cool it down for a few minutes.
  • Insert a knife in between the bones to cut them up.
  • This is a simple, but super delicious rack of lamb.
