Ingredients
- 1 c. yogurt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 c. Dijon country mustard
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 2 tsp. dry dill
- asparagus
Method
- Combine all but asparagus.
- Cook asparagus until barely tender; cool in ice water and place on oval platter.
- Spoon some sauce over asparagus and serve balance in gravy boat.
